Cognitive behavioral therapy

Cognitive behavioral therapy helps you become aware of unhelpful or negative thoughts so that you can visualize demanding situations more clearly and respond to them more effectively.

The main objective of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy is to help the person to solve the specific problem that has led them to the therapy and to prevent its reappearance.

Systemic therapy

Systemic therapy is a therapeutic approach that is applied in the treatment of disorders conceptualized as the expression of alterations in interactions, relational styles and communication patterns of a social group. That is, to treat the system as a whole.

Mindfulness-based therapy

Mindfulness is focusing our attention on the present moment. It is a process to create awareness, focusing on what is happening “here and now”, accepting it as it is, without trying to change, or evaluate anything. Its concept is a fuller connection to the present. It is a practice to strengthen our concentration on what happens within us and what surrounds us.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

Acceptance and Commitment therapy emphasizes dialogue and the functional context and seeks acceptance and a non-judgmental attitude as a way to find well-being. Self-discovery and clarification of values ​​are essential elements in this type of therapy, in which the client must ask themselves and question what kind of person they want to be, what is truly valuable in their lives and what beliefs and values ​​they act upon.
